Lee’s Egyptian Kitchen – A Cookery Workshop for Valentine’s Day
Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th Feb 2026. 10am - 2pmA strong influence on Lee’s culinary experiments was the time she spent living in Egypt during the 1930s. In Lee’s Egyptian Kitchen cookery workshop, we will celebrate Lee’s love of spices, aromatics & floral waters. We are also inspired by the many love letters shared between Lee and Roland Penrose in the late 1930s, and this workshop celebrates their love story and hopes to inspire attendees’ own cooking at home for a special Valentine’s Day celebration. Dishes cooked will include; Coriander Rice Salad, Mahlebieh (Ground Rice Pudding), and Persian Carpet.
All to be enjoyed, once completed, during a lunch with your fellow workshop attendees, at Lee Miller’s kitchen table.
Choose a four hour workshop on either Tuesday 3rd or Wednesday 4th February 2026.
