A strong influence on Lee’s culinary experiments was the time she spent living in Egypt during the 1930s, when she was married to Aziz Eloi Bey. In Lee’s Egyptian Kitchen cookery workshop, we will celebrate Lee’s love of spices, aromatics & floral waters. Dishes cooked will include; Coriander Rice Salad, Mahlebieh (Ground Rice Pudding), and Persian Carpet.
All to be enjoyed, once completed, during a lunch with your fellow workshop attendees, at Lee Miller’s kitchen table.
Tickets £105. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Please be sure of your availability when you book. Thank you. The workshop runs between 10am – 2pm.
