During your three hour Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) workshop, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our beautiful woodlands as Amanda Bate (Forest and Nature Bathing Sussex) takes you on a gentle, meditational and sensory journey through the trees and beyond. This experience invites you to deeply absorb, connect and build your relationship with nature, taking in the beauty and calm of Farleys wilderness. Your journey culminates with time spent in Farleys Sculpture Garden to leave you feeling grounded, restored, relaxed and creatively inspired.

Groups are limited to 12 participants.

Please arrive a few minutes before your workshop and check in at Farleys Gallery.

The workshops run for 3 hours in all weathers except for gale force winds. Please bring waterproof, warm clothing and footwear. Participants may, at times, have to converse very muddy, uneven surfaces, walking through fields and woodland.

Your workshop includes all day access to Farleys Sculpture Garden, so please feel free to bring a blanket and picnic for after your workshop. Drinks, snacks and fresh, locally made cake is available to purchase in Farleys Gallery.
